If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. We are here to help.
We understand – some purchases just don't work out. Our 100% guarantee ensures that you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for a free exchange or prompt refund. We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons.


All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection at our fulfillment personnel. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

> Unworn
> Unused
> Unstained
> Unwashed
> All tags attached
> No smells other than natural product orders
> No animal or pet hair
> No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
> Original packaging
> Within 30 days of the date you received your initial purchase

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment within 30 days of receiving your return order. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

Returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We’ll happily allow returns & exchanges for items in their original condition when:

> The item you received is incomplete.
> The item you received is incorrect.
> The item you purchased did not fit.
> The item you purchased is defective.

For hygiene and safety reasons the following items can only be returned within our refund policy or returned for an exchange providing they meet the requirements above in addition to the following criteria. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.

1. Panties, Briefs, body shapers, leggings should be tried on over underwear. In the interests of safety and hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done. Where an item has a protective adhesive strip it must still be attached upon return.

2. Items that can't be returned or exchanged

Most of our items can be returned for a refund or exchange, with the following exceptions:Final Sale; Items marked as 'Final Sale' on the product details page are sold "as is" and may not be returned or exchanged. Certain products are excluded from our returns and exchange policy. If this applies it'll be clearly stated on the product detail page before you purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We want you to love your new Shapellx items, and gladly accept returns for products purchased on within 30 days of the order delivery date.


When returning any part of your order, please follow the instructions below:

> Email to our customer care team ( Flaurentonlinestore ) and inform us with your order id and the reason why you want to return. Our customer service team will receive your request and will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days.

> Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all items and packing slip. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit.

> Remove, completely cover or mark through any other shipping labels and drop off your package to your nearest UPS location. (Or you would prefer to use your own shipping method. It is recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. )

> Please don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded so that you can make a claim with your carrier in the event that it is misplaced in transit. 

Shipping costs are unfortunately always non-refundable. Once your item’s been shipped, we’ve already paid the provider and can’t even get the money back ourselves - even if we ask nicely!

> Ship your return package to Flaurentonlinestore Processing time will be 7 to 15 business days.
> Your package will be the at the department and is then sorted within two business days of being received.
> Our returns/exchanges department processes the request within 5 business days of the package being received.
> Returns are forwarded to the returns department for credit processing, which is completed within 5 business days. Note, shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of receiving your return order. If your credit card has expired or we cannot refund your account for any reason, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit or gift card.) For refunds: It only takes 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your account. If you do not see the refund back in your account after 10 days, we recommend you contact your issuing bank first. Message us right away if your card issuer says that they don't see any refund.
> Exchanges are forwarded to the shipment department, which then ships the replacement garment to you within 1 week of your exchange being processed. At this point, you can no longer make changes to exchange requests.
